We live in an age of information overload and with so much information to sift through and the ease of posting information to the internet, whether true or not, my role and the services I provide have never been more important.

 

If you're time is valuable then working with me is going to be important to you because I am going to save you time and money throughout the entire process of buying a property.

 

Keep in mind that I don't charge you directly for my services. My fee is negotiated with the seller, either through the MLS® contract or directly from the seller, and I am paid from the proceeds of a sale.

 

I give you relevant advice and consultation but always let you make the decision you know is best for you. I work hard to make sure you're completely satisfied and this is why I now enjoy a majority of business coming from repeat clients and referrals.

 

 

A few things to keep in mind:

  • I send my buyers listings up to 24 hrs before they load onto the public site

  • I can show any property that is for sale including any MLS® listings and any for sale by owner properties

  • I provide market information to help you understand the current market value of a property based on sale prices - not listing prices!

  • I have grown my business in a down market representing the needs of my clients and I don't make a living unless you get what you want

  • I help you find and hire other professionals such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, accountants and so on
